Unsettled

Have been doing pretty good last few weeks, but have some days where I am just so wound and uptight and anxious. I thought I was over that. Though had better control and acceptance over my emotions. I hate this feeling of restlessness. I hate this keyed up feeling.

Considering new routines. Cardio exercise in morning then journaling my thoughts and meditation and yoga at night. Maybe that will help. I dont know. Just remembered a form my coach said to write when anxious too.

Seems like a good plan. I sometimes feel unsettled for seemingly no good reason too. When I listen to mindfulness recordings on 7cups it helps me find the calmer space in my mind faster by guiding me and reminding me what I'm doing instead of forgetting what I was doing while my mind wanders.
