Too much stress, anxiety spiked.

My workday was horrible, really. I work in a small movie theater and the noise of the vaccum startled me badly, then i saw a scene in the movie that was playing that was so terrifying it heightened my retreating anxiety. Mind you, this wasnt a horror movie, maybe psychological horror at most. THAT brought me up to a near anxiety attack, i'm pretty sure. Finally, with that scene playing in my head on repeat i had no idea what i needed to do and ended up standing in the lobby while my coworkers did things around me. At that point i'm positive i was really close to having that anxiety attack, but i clocked out and left before then, so my anxiety and stress went down.

Sorry for being weird im usually over in the depression area so this is my first time in the anxiety one.

@shinylucariomasi first things first, I hope you feel better now and we'll that's pretty common to experience in our daily lives. Sometimes just the ordinary things leave the brain at an edge and that's totally fine. I sure hope you're able to come in terms with it all and recover from the experience. have a good day!! <3
