Struggling with meds
Last week my GP doc upped my dose of Zoloft and added Gabapentin to help with anxiety and sleep. The Gabapentin didn't help, just made me dizzy and the Zoloft increase caused intolerable anxiety. So, after chatting with the doc, I backed off on both. She mentioned that Abilify could help but I'm afraid to try it. Has anyone had any experience with Abilify? I have an appointment with a psychiatrist in a month so im thinking of waiting til then to try anything new.
@Judecat42 Hi! I'm sorry you're having difficult finding a medication that works for you. I know that medications can be difficult and many of us have been in the same boat as you. I have never tried Abilify, but everyone is different and will have different reactions. I think it's important to remember that we can't really give medical advice on here since we aren't medical professionals 😕 I hope that it works for you when you try it though!! 😊
