Sense of Guilt

I have this overbearing sense of guilt no matter the situation. I'm exploring where this stem froms and if there is any evidence backing it. It is still "entrenched" in me, so I'm struggling but I'm not giving up.

I too feel guilty a lot for things that I don't completely know or understand. Stay stong and keep trying to understand yourself! Know that there are people out there who share your views and struggles! Best wishes <3

I do feel guilty for certain things too , sometimes I wonder how come I would feel this way is it because of my anxiety & I'm too obsessed into him ?
