Overcoming Something

I used to be so anxious and so nervous about certain things. There are so many things that are genuinely bothering me. So many "what ifs" in my mind. I tried so many natural remedies but none of them last or truely worked. I realized something. What can really help us is to open the door of hearts, and let "acceptance" in. Let acceptance heal the wounds and scars we're hiding for a very long time. Accept and start over. There's nothing wrong on accepting things are going that or this way. And there's nothing wrong with being happy. We all deserve it.
