Hi Rain,

First of all I want to say a big well done for starting medication it's not an easy step to make and I am proud of you for making that decision. I started medication back in January, different medications will have different side effects and the effects will also be different for every person. My biggest advice is to be kind to yourself ! Whatever you need give it to yourself, need to stay in bed all day (do it !) need to eat chocolate (do it !).

The medication will settle eventually and I hope that it help x
