No, I am not talking about Frozen... but Elsa could be on to something. Sometimes humans can have anxiety over issues that just need to be let go. Based on the quote below, replace the word "it" by something that you feel you have held on to for too long. (If you wish not to make it public just write it down, or say it in your head.) Example, (this one is real for me),
