I'm kinda feeling like an empty shell

This is a new feelig along with the anxiety. I feel like I'm an empty shell of a person, filled with pretty much nothing, no feelings and no emotions (except crying). Maybe the anxiety drained me. Something drained me. I just don't know what to do to fill myself with something good and overcome this anxiety. The feeling is making me feel lost, and I don't know what to do.

Hi Jordan, it's ok to feel this way. You are stronger than you think you are. I can relate to feeling like an empty shell. There are days when we don't know what it is we want to do. Being "fulfilled" is a goal for many. What helps is to journal out everything that has happened, and what may have triggered you to feel progressively more "empty". Life is a journey, that's for sure, and everyone has their own time frame of how fast they can get to "fulfillment" and "acceptance" of where they are. We can be fulfilled with what we have by being full of gratitude for everything around us. Make everything count; there are things you are grateful; and for one, I am grateful to have met you so that you feel less alone because there are many who feel like you do. There's a whole life ahead of you, and things won't be constant like this.
