I am so scared that everyone I love is going to leave purely because I am too much for them to handle. I have severe anxiety and depression as well as autophobia. When I was 7 my siblings left for college and stopped talking to me. If my own family could leave like that it makes it feel as if anyone else could leave just the same.

i feel the same too most of the time. A lot if times I stress about my relationships with my friends and family. I think you need to trust the bond you have with them not everyone will turn out like your siblings. Anxiety and depression leads to a lot of trust issues but don't stop believing in people.
