I feel less anxiety

I feel less anxiety in life.

But I need to organize my time better, sometimes I get distracted, and also I really need the place where I am working and sometimes I get distracted because I am not studying in the stable way.

I talk too much with people also, I meet a lot of people and I get distracted by them.

I need to work a lot. I need to work on the paper and do a lot of work.

I need to be more concentrated.


Ane advise?

Hey love, it's amazing to hear that you have less anxiety in life and you feel better. It's also nice to hear that you know what you need and that you know you will get distracted in a certain type of environment. Perhaps you can find a quiet place to work and if that isn't possible, perhaps you can try the pomodoro timer where you work in intervals -- work for a certain amount of time and then break for however long you set your timer for? Perhaps do some research, find the way that works best for you and know that if you are ever stuck on anything or in need of help, the listeners and myself included, are always here to help you! 🌷
