I can feel my anxiety starting to take over physically and mentally. My breathing is getting shallow, and my chest feels like it's sinking.

It sounds like you're having an anxiety attack. Are you okay? I'm sorry that you have to go through this. I know how scary anxiety attacks can be, especially when you've never had one before. How long have you been feeling this way? We're all here for you if you'd like to talk to someone.
Try your best to relax, these feelings will pass soon. For most people, it helps to start by feeling their heart rate and then using breathing exercises to help get that heart rate down. Getting your heart rate down helps you to feel more calm and grounded.
