How do you cope whenever you feel anxious?

Sometimes, it's hard to stay in control of your anxiety, especially when physiological and emotional symptoms come with it. But you might find that you have your own little ways of coping with anxiety attacks, and tackling them in a healthy and effective manner. Some of us prefer listening to calming music, going out for a walk, or cuddling our pets, there are many ways to calm an anxious mind! π

I find brisk walking while listening to music helpful for me, when I'm feeling too anxious, or splashing my face and feet with cold water or at times, journaling! How about you?β€

Nice! Brisk walking while listening to music and doing a bit of cold therapy are definitely helpful tools for when one feels anxious. I'm glad you've found your way to cope with anxiety!
I like to journal using a quill pen (the vintage way); I find it to be relaxing and distracting too! Since I use a quill pen, it helps me focus more on writing and not just write out my thoughts and forget about the activity. I actually take my time to form the words and all. It helps me stay mindful, if that makes sense :)
