High Anxiety Week-Check In

This week has been a bad week. My anxiety has put me on edge every single day and I have no reason for it. That's something else that has caused me anxiety because not knowing why I'm anxious makes me anxious. I had a panic attack last night and I felt very alone in it. I'm lucky to have great supports but sometimes I feel isolated in these feelings because no one around me gets to such high levels of anxiety. I don't know. I just want Christmas break to come.

that sounds really difficult, sorry to hear you're having a bad time. it's great that you're reaching out for support, though.

take a deep breath and fight through it, you're not alone and you have it in you, it's just hard to see sometimes.

i hope the rest of the week goes better for you.

@kitkatlove94 I'm sorry you haven't been having a very good week. I hope you get a break from your anxiety, though and that your next week is better. :)
