I have my exams and they are driving me over the edge. What are some ways you deal with exam anxiety

@DreamerDestiny . Be concious of how you breathe. Lots of people have Shallow breath when they are anxious. So try to breathe deeply a few times whenever you are consious of your shallow breath. This relaxes your body and gives you a more calm feeling. Maybe you could also list down your worries about the exam and figure out the validity /solutions for these worries. Sometimes a worry might be of little importance or an unnecessary worry. The apprehensiveness you feel might even be a habit that has formed over the years.

By the way , Have you tried the power of visualizing eg.. As you are walking into the exam hall , imagine it's a pretty place with nice deco and maybe the smell of fresh flowers... fresh baked buns... any visualization that makes you feel happy and relaxed.smiley

@DreamerDestiny, make sure to schedule breaks for yourself. And when trying to decide how long to study, block out twice as much time as you think you will actually need. If you start to feel overwhelmed while taking the test, try rolling your shoulders back, as that will help your muscles relax.Great luck!
