I go outside and take my dogs
on a walk.
To distract my self Ive been asking around I usually ignore my thoughts until they beat me to submission to the pass but now I know the to distract your self from the thoughts your are giving is running away from a possible good solution from life so I tend to seek my thoughts and do as they say when appropriate that is some thoughts are random and weird and I just cant see my self doing does things so I reject does thoughts but watching movies listening to music dancing and swimming seem to work the best as distractions even driving helps eating is bad since you gain weight writing things down helps but you will find your self writing for an eternity so family friends an good commutation is best
These days, I come here and chill in the forums. I also like to listen to music.

I'm usually at lost when the anciety stress gets too much. But I try to reason my way out of it and then take care of the problem as soon as possible. If I can't, then I seek comfort in silly little things like playing rhythmic game that occasionally tells me I'm doing my best or to not give up and all that, or sometimes I'm just watching overly happy&positive shows. Scrolling my Tumblr that is all about positivity and things I enjoy is great too. Just search for an enjoyable place full of love.
When I'm home and anxious, I focuse on getting my heart rate and breathing under control, same for my muscle. I listen to Spotify playlists with happy beats and dance to them(you get control of your muscles again) and sing(lungs, throat and mouth relax). This helps a lot 'cause you also forget about your worries. When I'm at that, I also do housework, as it's something automatic that keeps my hands busy.
But the most important: don't rush. Remember to take your time and that it's okay to be a little late. No one will hate you for that. And smile! If you smile&laugh to yourself, you'll persuade even yourself that it's all ok. 'Cause it is ok!!
I like to read stories and watch inspiring movies.
I try to distract myself by reading a book, watching tv, or playing with my son. If I can I go outside; staying out in the sun can push some of the worries away to help me cope.
