Today I saw my therapist and we discussed my anxiety and depression. I had a rough weekend dealing with both issues. I didn't want to socialize or leave my house. I felt very agitated and overwhelmed. Today I feel very tired. I didn't sleep well. I kept waking up throughout the night feeling overheated, restless, and dehydrated. I've had a headache and back pain all day and it's not fun. I am going to go for a walk and see if that helps with my back pain and anxiety.

@gardeniascout27 Sounds like an exhausting day! I'm so glad that you are taking a walk because its such a great coping mechanism. Be proud of yourself for facing such things even if they break you down for a little while. Its never easy but you are doing great! Keep up the good work! :)
