I have been dealing with anxiety before I knew what anxiety was, the gut wrenching feeling in the pit of my stomach caused by fear, doubt and uncertainty is beginning to consume me completely. I barely leave my house, I barely speak to anyone everything causes me to panic and It’s completely overwhelming me. I just wish I could be ok...
