Conquering anxiety related to mathematics

I've avoided opening my textbooks for a long time. My anxiety would grow even at the slightest look at my books. I couldn't concentrate on other subjects, because every time I would open them, my thoughts would lead me straight to feeling guilty about avoiding math and taking up those subjects. But after over a month, I opened my math book. Surprisingly, I didn't feel anxious, the only thought I had was that I have to start doing the sums one by one. That's it. That was the only thought I had. I feel somewhat relaxed now. I know I have a lot to cover. So I've set aside time for all subjects. I really want to study hard and this time I know I will. ππ
