Anxiety not leaving the house

I been too scare to leave the house for almost 2 years now because of covid. I have a small toddler and would be heart broken if he catches covid. Therefore my anxiety is at the highest level. Scared of leaving the house have made my life very depressing. Not meeting friends and family. It also anger me that other people with no child can leave the house because they have nothing to fear by themselves. I would not care if I catch covid, but does not want my child to catch it. Am I being too paranoid? Should I go out and do not care about covid?

Hey hun!

So first off you aren't being paranoid at all. In fact you're being a good parent, COVID-19 is very serious at it's peak. However 2 years is a long time! There are measures you can take to protect yourself and your child, I'd recommend talking to a doctor about those measures as they know more then I do. (:
