Anxiety at work
I feel so stressed and overwhelmed because of work. Mostly because I feel I can't stand for myself, I'm weak and feel unable to defend my opinions. This comes from childhood. My parent was very dominant and I was constantly scared of him. Now when someone raises his voice I feel anxious and get agitated. I hate being like this and can't seem to handle stressful discussions at work. :(

Thanks for reaching out here 💜 That must be challenging to hardly able to defend your opinion in work discussions.
From what you told, the challenging situation is: A raised voice that counter your opinion at a discussion to prove that your opinion is....wrong? not valid?
And that situation, subconsciously, turns on a repressed feeling of.....fear? If yes, fear of what? That you did or said something wrong?
