Im experiencing a lot of anxiety recently. Ive thrown up twice and had a panic attack at school today. Im on medication but Im afraid that it wont work and I just want to be better. I wish I wasnt like this.

I'm sorry to hear that you have been dealing with a lot of anxiety that has really been affecting you for the last few days. I know it can be scary and overwhelming to deal with this. I'm glad to hear that you are on medication, and I do hope that it will work for you as well!

I'm wondering, do you have any idea what is possibly causing you to feel anxious? Do you find that there are certain circumstances/situations that make you feel anxious or is it more just at random times?

Do you have any support/anyone who you can talk to about what you are going through?
