Anxiety/Panic

Lately I've been experencing night terrors so it's hard to sleep. I often wake up in a panic only to realize that theirs nothing wrong. These panic attacks continued when I got up for the day, and I felt that I might faint and that made me feel even worse. Now I'm going through depersonalization/derealization. I guess it's my body's way of dealing with my anxiety. I feel extreamly detached from reality,my thoughts,and emotions. It's like I'm living in a dream and I feel numb.
