I have crippling anxiety, I don't leave home alone or go anywhere far. Now finding being at home difficult.

On so many drugs at night I positively rattle. Considering pregabalin.

Same afraid to leave house always on high alert when I have to go somewhere now I have panic attacks so I just won’t go

No one understands you just can’t , it’s not a choice it’s a fact . So sorry you have this to it’s so painful and hard for people to understand. I’m on meds and zoom with therapist but seems to be getting worse. Also have PTSD depression and panic
