to make a home-made rainstick you will need ------
you will need
2 empty pringles firmly joined together
a cardboard cutout with lots of small holes in middle of the 2 cartons
rice
fill one end of the pringles carton with quarter pound of rice
next----------------
put the lids back on and glue so the rice cant fall out
next -------
turn the other way,and listen to the sound-------
helps reduce anxiety
