Hey all! To bring awareness to Suicide Prevention Week, today I wanted to talk to yall about making a safety plan! Just like safety plans for physical emergencies, we need ones for mental health emergencies.

Its good to be prepared with the appropriate resources you need when you need them.

Some examples of things you can put in your safety plan are:
- Safe people/People willing to help
- Phone numbers of crisis lines/helplines
- Key coping skills/techniques
- Numbers/Contact Info for medical providers

Here (press) is an outline of how you could write your safety plan:

You all are very important and are unique and special. I don't want y'all ever feeling like you don't matter or that no one cares, because I care, us at 7 cups careheart Y'all are amazing!!
