Coping Methods
Hey everyone, I figured that I might share some of my coping methods, and then ask for yours. Well, I'll share mine first;
The most common coping methods these days seem to be along the lines of, Athletics, Music, Reading, Television, and Video Games. For me, I play Football, I'm in the Marching Band, Jazz Band, Pep Band, Concert Band and Indoor Drumline, as well as several other bands where I sing, play drums and guitar and bass, I am a veracious reader, I watch television like no ones business and I am a huge gamer, yet, I still suffer from severe levels of Anxiety.
What are are some of your coping methods? Hopefully you can provide some new ideas for me and everyone else here.

Hi @GentleGiant128 thank you for sharing with the anxiety community. i also found many of the mechanisms you use to be very helpful in calming me down and just relaxing my mind and body. i am sure many will find it very helpful
