This post is to bring awareness to some possible tips and tricks to distract yourself from anxious thoughts. I join intramurals and clubs on my campus to distract myself from negative thinking. Let me know what do ya'll do to distract yourself.

I use netflix, books on tape, my cat, actual books, and deep breathing exercizes as anxiety distractors!
So far these are great distractions! Don't forget to upvote this post so others can find your wonderful methods. :)
