ASMR !
I was wondering if anyone has tried any ASMR for relaxation. I took a whack at it the other night, and I was suprised to see that it really mellowed me out and sent me into a pretty deep sleep. I'm not going to lie, I felt a little weird watching it...but it worked for me. If any of you are struggling, I suggest giving it a try. Can't hurt!
