phobia of car crashes

hello, last year i got into a pretty bad car accident where my friend was driving something happened where he drove 5mph into a wall and i wasnt wearing myseat belt so i hit the windsheld then went back and went thru the windsheld im very grateful to be alive but driving with people i dnt trust is hard becasue i hate when you go fast or sharp turns and it makes me look like a baby but the feeling im gonna die keeeps happening where i want to throw up and i have a hard time breathing.
