Fear of Holes and Irregular Patterns(trypophobia)

I hate having this. People say I'm overreacting and I'm not. They say "ur scared of a hole?💀💀" and laugh. They don't understand how horrible and serious it can be. I once got a panic attack over seeing a toad giving birth. It was absolutely horrible :(
