Does anyone struggle with Agoraphobia? If so, how do you deal with it?

Hello,

I overcame some degrees of fear associated with it, and you can too! I first had to start advocating formyself until I was good at it, and then also I had to adopt the saying:

Those that mind don't matter

and

Those that matter don't mind

I can see looking back that it was a matter of my lack of skills, and low self esteem

Remember, you are not alone, and the world is full of people that care and understand!! And the rest of them just don't matter!
