Panic Attacks

hi all,

Im just wandering, those who suffer from panic attacks how do you control them? What techniques do you use to control them, stop them from happening? The obvious of positive self talk, focusing on breathing etc but what else works?

posting for a friend as Ive told her a few things but thought that maybe someone with experience could help me out for her.
