I have learned in my long experience with panic attacks and people in general that there are some that wrk for some and some for others and many that do not work at all.
As I did not have help available iny panoc attacks I was left with three options:
- ride it out, go with the flow till it ends
- mind over matter, breathing and enhancing my calm, I have lost this ability unfortunately
- disociate, transpose and go away in my mind
There are more more, we hunans are made to survive somehow so you will find your own that will work for you...either helped by others, either figuring it out for yourself like I did or just gritting it out to survive just to have more panic attacks...I am sorry for my gloomy mood...not all of us here are "helpers", many of us are just "sufferers" like you incessantky searching for abswers that are not there or do not work...life is trying and confusing...

Sure thing. I get panic attacks from time to time an I have learned that the reason why they happen is because we let them happen. Next time you feel a panic attack coming on I want you to breath and tell yourself that its nothing to worry about and that its just another panic attack.
