Hey @Dolit! Having experienced anxiety firsthand (and being diagnosed with it), I understand how difficult it is to get through it :(. Honestly, what has worked for me was playing my favorite video game. I get lost in all the sights and adventures, and my brain gets to focus on the game proper as well. Another would have to be being aware of the thoughts that come and replace it with more rational thoughts. Example: my phone will explode if I go biking. I usually google the contradictory thoughts (ex. Will my phone explode?) so I can be affirmed that these are true and tested. Take care and wishing you well!
