I listen to chill indie instrumentals, it helps me relax and focus a lot.

I listen to a lot of instrumental music.

Any song with a particular note in it.

(It's a bit hard to explain but it's a particularly high note in some songs that just sounds so...mesmerizing. It's like being hit with morphine or something where you just feel instantly calm and relaxed.)

One song that's kinda like that for me that has that note in it is ironically enough a song called "Keep going" for an example of this sort of note in a song like that or more so key I guess.
