coping mechanisms and grounding techniques?

hi!! i am currently going through a really rough patch with my anxiety and i need a few ways to cope with it. i also rarely feel grounded these days and all i keep hearing is the 5-4-3-2-1 technique. does anyone know other methods that can be helpful?

Hi @sweetsummerday✨ Have you tried to walk bare feet in grass? How about “mountain pose” You stand tall, thinking and feeling like a mountain, bare feet on the ground hip distance apart… Think of a sky with clouds, you are the vast sky…clouds just pass thru… Touch your fingers with your thumb -as if you were counting, feel the feeling of your thumb touching your fingers…focus on that - Hope this help✨
