any idea’s?
hi im alex an i get very anxious to the point sometimes i shake an i cant really control it, dose anyone know something to help them calm down or help in some way! iv tried to draw an keep myself active but sometimes i feel overwhelmed an i cant do anything for a couple days dose anyone know any ideas? (pls be kind this is my first time talkin abt this)

Hi Alex, I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling anxious.
I've read that breathing exercises and mindfulness meditation can sometimes help to relieve stress and anxiety . I also know someone who suffers from chronic anxiety , his anxiety symptoms decreased significantly after he joined the gym and started exercising regularly , so maybe daily work out will be good for you.
I also recommend that you read about negative thought patterns. Sometimes our anxiety can be caused by a negative thought pattern that we have. so you maybe able to control your anxiety by identifying the negative thought pattern you have and treating it and replacing it with other positive thoughts.
