Tired
My anxiety is up again. Causing me to fail as a mom and in life. This lets intrusive thoughts creep in. Ones I would NEVER act on but hate to have. I almost have comfort in having an out plan 🤦🏻‍♀️. Probably lack of sleep and stress. I know it will pass. Just sucks.
