Test anxiety

So allot of test are coming up and I’m having so much anxiety I can’t think straight and everything is just a blur like a broken tv, I can’t even learn without having so much anxiety or panic attacks. Does anyone have tips? I can’t fail anymore test or else I will get in trouble with school…

@Emmiedepressie
Hey, I hear you. The pressure of upcoming tests, the fear of failing, and the overwhelming anxiety can feel like it’s taking over everything. First of all, take a deep breath. You are not alone in this, and I promise you, no single test defines your worth or intelligence.
Anxiety makes everything feel so much bigger and scarier than it really is, but the truth is you are capable, and you *can* get through this. Right now, your brain feels like it’s in overdrive, and that’s okay. Instead of trying to force everything in at once, try breaking it down into smaller, manageable steps. Study in short bursts, take breaks, and remind yourself that even a little progress is still progress.
If your thoughts start racing, try grounding techniques hold something cold, focus on your breathing, or write down what’s overwhelming you. The goal isn’t to be perfect; it’s to do your best *with* the energy and focus you have right now.
And please, be kind to yourself. You’re not just a student you’re a person, and you deserve patience and grace. This is tough, but so are you. One step at a time, one moment at a time. You’ve got this, and I’m rooting for you.
