Someone to listen
hi, I used to have really bad anxiety and depression when I was a teenager but it all went away and I lived freely for 9 years. Now I’m an adult living on my own for the first time. I was misdiagnosed a few months ago from a doctor that convinced me I had low blood sugar and I had to manage what I ate with a very strict diet. Sadly I let this get to me and stressed so much that it caused me to develop an actual anxiety disorder. I went to a new doctor that told me my labs were actually normal and now I’m left with pure anxiety. A lot of weight has been liften off my shoulders because I’m free to eat anything now. But now I’m left with an anxiety disorder that constantly affects my mood no matter how happy I am.
has anyone ever experienced an anxiety disorder where all of a sudden you feel very fatigue, can’t focus, and strained eyes? It feels like the stress takes over my entire body and I can’t control it anymore even though I try to talk myself out of it. I constantly have migraines now even though I get enough sleep. Even medicine for migraines doesn’t help. I’m hopeless
Sorry you're experiencing this. What you describe sounds like anxiety itself. Hopefully you have sought help.
I'm going through similar feelings and I know how horrible it is!
Hope things get better for you
And for you!
