Hello, everyone is being sad at all times and allowing your triggers affect you a bad thing? Or does it mean you healing?

@Amigo456 it's ok to feel sad, but there's gotta be times of happiness too. It's good to let yourself feel as part of healing, and recognising your triggers, even learning how to handle it cope better with all this. But sweetie I really hope that's only part of it, and that you are happy and find joy in things too? Hugs you tightly ❤❤
