Fight of flight
Hi Everyone
🦋👋🏻💕 I’m challenging myself to participate more in the forums this month. I would like to start by saying hi. I look forward to chatting and supporting in the groups. I personally experience Anxiety and am constantly in fight or flight mode which can be very draining indeed, but I’m working on it. Improving my well-being and such. Let’s continue to support and share our stories. ❤️

It is indeed draining with the fight or flight mode, anxiety doesn't help either, but sometimes we gotta tell our anxiety to back off, and not pull us down or limit us in some way, and I'm so proud of you for working on your wellbeing and trying your best to share and seek more support! We are all in this together. I'm sorry that you feel that much anxiety. It really is tough to be in "flight or fight" all the time, so I'm proud of you for dealing with it so well.
I hope that you feel better soon. I don't have any great tips, but for sure you can find something that helps you calm down. Music is my go to therapy, if you have some other tips, I would love to hear them, too! 💗💐

Anxiety can be really hard sometimes to deal with so it's amazing to see you here trying your best to deal with it. I hope that when you feel that way, you can find some help somewhere so you don't have to deal with it alone!
