Exam anxiety

My exams are near and I am not prepared at all worse is my anxiety like I have been crying since whole day I still have days exam is on 20 but here I am crying crying..I seriously need help or else I'll ruin my exam ..what should I do I don't know..like I am already at 0 and I am trying but usually my anxiety is just so bad on exam day don't ask me like my mind goes full blank ..like blank blank ..since it is my physics exam I don't know what is going to happen I feel like I am going to fail oh god ...I don't know what to do I know to people this might seem like so much time but I have chemistry to study as well and my anxiety is so much worse right now I don't know what will happen on that day of exam

I just wanted to let you know that you're not alone, the panic before exam is something that many of us experience. It's okay, it's normal. You're okay<3 

Try to let yourself know that you and your mental well-being matters a thousand times more than this or any exam. I know it doesn't seem so right now and the exam feels like the only thing you have to prove yourself but it's not. You'll get many opportunities and this is one of them, you do as much as you can with whatever time you have and that is enough.

The regret of the wasted time regretting the past hits so much harder when things settle. You have time, rest up, make a to-do list, sort out the important stuff. Even if you're able to do just a little, give that little bit your best try. If you've got someone around that can help you stay focused, ask them for help.
