Big Life Choices

yellowKite4994 March 22nd

I’m about to get married, planning to start grad school and move in the fall, plus I’m wondering whether I can continue to work and juggle all this 🫠 I’ve saved up for school, and I’m lucky to have a fiancé who can help if needed, but it stresses me out not having my job (especially since it’s a business I’ve grown attached to and I enjoy the work). I need to get out of my own head and see if anyone has words of wisdom to help me gain some clarity. Anything would be appreciated 😊 I don’t know if I’m trying to do too much, or if I can realistically juggle everything.

Only you know your own limits.  Some people do juggle and wonder how they did it... if you saved and planned to finish school and give it your best perhaps leaving the job is best.

I know when i was juggling school work and kids NONE of them got my best effort but it was like putting out a dozen small fires all the time...  If i could have i would have preferred more focus and time to do school.

This helps sooo much. Thank you :) I think I compare myself to other people who juggle everything, and feel guilty if I don’t hold myself to the same standard as them. I know I struggle with juggling lots of things, and I don’t want to set myself into an anxiety spiral. And you’re right about not wanting to spread yourself too thin. I admire you for doing so much, but I know that’s tough!
