Any Educators out there?

I am a teacher who has nearly quit over panic attacks. I am on medication and take ativan just to be calm enough to go to work. Are there any other educators who are dealing with this??
I am hoping to find others...I cannot be the only one who is dealing with this in the world of education.

I have been out on short-term disability for this. I feel you. I just try and keep the anxiety in check by keeping the passion I have for teaching at the forefront. I meditate a lot. What helps you?
