Anxious out of nowhere

Can you tell me why I always feel like there's something going to happen that really makes me anxious out of nowhere. And when I experienced what I thought, it's really hurt me.

@dnilekim anxiety lives in fear. It's a very hard issue to live with😥 I hope you can learn to live alongside it soon,are you taking meds?
