Anxiety, panic and blood pressure, oh my..

So it seems I'm going through another gorram anxiety cycle, despite my positive thinking and all. It was triggered by the health issues I've been having lately....but now I'm having a hard time distinguishing what's my body and what's the anxiety. For example, I've had heart palpitations and raised BP lately but that always seems to go with the anxiety. When I'm not anxious my BP is fine. The doc did put me on metropolol, first at 100 mg/day but that was too much and the cardiologist reduced it to 25 mg. It was making me tired and dizzy and now I'm wired and dizzy, lol. I'm trying to not worry so much about my health. Usually docs find nothing wrong with me outside of high A1C, which I'm working on. I'm just hoping this levels out soon! Anyone else go through these kinds of episodes?
