@understandingCake5442 When you notice you’re overthinking divert your attention elsewhere. Watch a movie, call a friend, exercise, etc. If you are worrying remember that worry can motivate us to make plans or take actions so in that way it can be good. However, sometimes we can’t plan anything or take any action. If worry isn’t producing any concrete actions then it’s just something that isn’t that useful. It can be hard to stop worrying but keep reminding yourself that it’s just causing stress and divert your attention elsewhere.
