Does anyone with anxiety get pins and needles all over there body at once?

I find that I get pins and needles in certain areas of my body (fingers, toes, hands, feet, legs, arms), but this usually only occurs during panic attacks. Sorry to hear you've been experiencing this; I hope you find relief from it soon :)

Yes, usually my fingers more than anything else. Then I go numb and sometimes pass out.
