New heights of anxiety

Hello, all.
TW: Divorce, domestic violence
I filed for divorce from my abusive ex a month ago, and I need some strategies besides "take a deep breath and take your meds" to deal with panic and heightened anxiety.
We have two small kids, and my nervous system has been so disregulated for so long that I am struggling with panic even on my medications and with adequate sleep. I already cut back on caffeine but I'm suffering from withdrawal headaches.
